Yes. the validity period of the package is 30 days, 90 days, and 180 days.

Take the 90-day validity package as an example: If you purchase a 90-day package, your proxies will become "Paused" status after 90 days, your unused balance will be retained in your account. Once you recharge, the unused proxies will be carried over to the new plan, and the validity period will restart from the day you recharge.

The cost of residential proxies depends on several factors. Currently, 711Proxy offers three pricing models for residential proxies:

1. Pay by GB: Charged based on data usage, with validity periods of 30, 90, or 180 days. Unused data will not be deleted after expiration — it will simply be frozen and can be reactivated by purchasing any new GB package.

2. Pay by IP: Each extracted IP counts as one usage. Each IP can be used for up to 6 hours. If usage exceeds 6 hours, another IP count will be consumed to continue using the same IP.

3. Enterprise Plan:For high-volume customers, we offer more competitive pricing and flexible proxy allocation features. For details, please refer to the Enterprise Plan page.

Normally, our residential proxies rotate automatically, but in case you’d like to stick to the same IP address for a longer period, you can do this by choosing the sticky sessions parameter. By default, this parameter will stick to the same session for 5 minutes, but if you need a longer or shorter duration, the session time must be defined. You can stick to the same IP address for up to 180 minutes.

Yes. While your residential proxies - GB account is active,

you can limit the usage through "Traffic reminder", once the usage is reached, you will get an immediate email alert for your account usage.

You can also limit usage via "Sub-Users". The traffic Limit you set is the available traffic threshold for this sub-user.

You can set up your proxy with regional and session type settings by accessing our Proxy Setup, authenticating with username/password or API (IP whitelist). First, log in to the dashboard, select the corresponding proxy product, and then configure the following settings in the proxy settings:

Username/password

1. Add a sub-user: used to authenticate access.

2. Location settings: specify country, state or city.

3. Session type: rotating or sticky(residential proxies - IPs do not have this option).

4. Proxy hosts: choose the host and port.

5. Once the proxy list is generated, you can use them in your scripts.

API

1. Add IP whitelist: to allow access to retrieve proxy IPs by calling the API interface.

2. Location settings: specify country, state or city.

3. Number of proxies: choose the number of IPs you need to extract, you can extract up to 900 IPs at once.

4. Parameters configuration: proxy protocol, output format and a delimiter.

5. Generate API link, once the proxy list is retrieved, you can use them in your scripts.

Yes. To get an invoice, please navigate to your dashboard - My Account - Transactions. The invoice there will give you detailed information about that particular order.
