Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to all products and services provided by 711Proxy, and also applies to the usage rules for the services and systems described in 711Proxy’s Terms of Service. The use of 711Proxy for illegal, fraudulent, or abusive activities is strictly prohibited. Any suspected use will be investigated.

1.Prohibited Content

The following prohibited content applies to any and all communications transmitted by you through the Services. Your Content must not:

1)Content that infringes or misappropriates the intellectual property rights or proprietary rights of third parties.

2)Promote violence or explicit pornography based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, age, or any other ground.

3)Is defamatory, offensive, hateful, inflammatory, or obscene.

4)Content that may be false, deceptive, or misleading.

5)Threatening, abusive, or infringing upon the privacy rights of third parties.

6)Contains statements that you know, believe, or have reasonable grounds to believe are directed to the target audience for which the statement is made or will be made, and that such audience may interpret as directly or indirectly encouraging or inducing them to commit, prepare, or incite acts of terrorism.

7)Viruses, worms, time bombs, Trojan horses, and other malicious code, as well as other harmful or malicious files, scripts, agents, or programs.

2.Prohibited Activities

When accessing or using the Service, or permitting others to access or use the Service, you must not engage in any of the following conduct:

2)Violate any regional, national, or international laws, regulations, or provisions.

3)Infringe upon or violate the rights and interests of others, including but not limited to privacy rights or intellectual property rights.

4)Transmit any data, send or upload any computer code that contains viruses, worms, Trojan horses, time bombs, keyloggers, spyware, adware, or any other harmful programs or similar items designed to adversely affect the operation or security of any computer hardware or software.

5)Shall not engage in, incite, assist, or permit others to commit any illegal, infringing, harmful, or fraudulent acts, including but not limited to harm to minors, pornography, illegal gambling, unauthorized establishment of VPN, Ponzi schemes, cyber attacks, phishing, unauthorized intrusion into or monitoring of systems, data, and traffic, and other such activities.

6)Access any part of the Services, accounts, or systems without authorization, or attempt to do so.

7)Breach or adversely affect the security or integrity of the Services, hardware, software, systems, websites, or networks.

8)Fraudulently offer goods or services, or any advertisements, promotions, or other materials that contain false, deceptive, or misleading statements.

9)Repeatedly click on pay-per-click (PPC) advertisements to deplete a competitor's budget or earn unlawful commissions.

10)Transmit content that is harmful to minors, involves child sexual abuse, or violates applicable laws and regulations.

3.IP Proxy and Network Resource Usage Rules

The IP proxy and network IP resource services provided by the Company are intended to support legitimate uses such as lawful network access, technical development, and commercial cooperation. Users are strictly prohibited from using the Services to engage in any illegal, non-compliant, or platform-prohibited activities, including but not limited to: advertising traffic fraud, false or bulk account registration, interfering with platform data and rankings, circumventing platform security mechanisms, and unauthorized data scraping. All usage must strictly comply with applicable national laws and regulations as well as the terms of service of the relevant network platforms.

4.Oversight and Enforcement

If we discover any actual or suspected violation by you, we reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to take any of the following actions without incurring any liability to you. Failure to comply with this Policy constitutes a material breach of the User Agreement.

1)Investigate conduct that violates this Policy or constitutes misuse of the Service.

2)Delete, block, deny access to, or modify any content or materials, including but not limited to your content.

3)Initiate legal proceedings and seek compensation from you for the losses we incur as a result of such breach.

4)Immediately suspend or terminate your account, the services provided to you, your orders, or the User Agreement.

5.Policy Update

To adapt to changes in laws, technology, and business developments, we may revise this Policy from time to time. The revised Policy will be posted on this page, with the last updated date indicated. If you continue to use the Service after such updates, you will be deemed to acknowledge and accept the relevant changes.
